Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Our products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses located across the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Exact rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Return Policy
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@petrxpress.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item(s) back using the provided return address
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@petrxpress.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
